Colloquium: Gaudí,
100 years after his death
10th of June 2026 marks a century since the death of the great architect Antoni Gaudí, the greatest exponent of Catalan Modernism and a pioneer of the artistic avant-gardes of the 20th century. To commemorate this momentous occasion, the Humanities Laboratory and the Faculty of Architecture, Art and Design of Universidad San Sebastián are preparing a program of activities that will take place throughout the year.
We will celebrate the Colloquium "Gaudí. 100 years after his death", an interdisciplinary space to pay tribute to his life and work, and to reflect on his spiritual, technical and artistic legacy. The colloquium will take place in person at the USS Ciudad Universitaria campus of Universidad San Sebastián (Huechuraba, Santiago, Chile), on Monday, May 18th.
We invite researchers, academics, architects, artists, students, and professionals from various disciplines to attend this event, which is open to the general public and free of charge with prior registration.
